BITTERSWEET
Every person is an infinite world. A unique universe filled with colors, forms, and emotions. Although every human being possesses an unrepeatable essence, within each one of us there are layers, stories, and contrasts that shape what we call identity.
My designs are born as an extension of my inner world. They are a way of expressing who I am, how I see life, and everything that exists within me. Each piece represents a different world, but all of them belong to the same universe.
At the beginning, this concept was named “Sour but Sweet.” Later, it evolved into BITTERSWEET, but its essence remained the same. This leads to the question: what is it that I want to show and transmit?
These designs may be perceived as dark, but at the same time, they carry delicacy. There are sharp forms, strong structures, and exaggerated silhouettes, but also fine, soft, and fragile details. This combination does not only represent a visual aesthetic; it represents human nature itself.
Life also carries this duality. The sour represents those difficult moments: tears, losses, struggles, and experiences that transform us. But the truly beautiful aspect of those moments is that they are not only pain; they have a purpose. Within every difficulty, there is a strength that is created.
That is the sweetness within the sour: transformation. It is the ability to rise after being broken, to take every fragment and turn it into something new. The most difficult parts of our stories are also part of our beauty, because they are the ones that build our strength.
Each design represents those fragments of our existence. The rigid parts, the delicate curves, the unexpected forms, and the contrasts come together to create something unique, peculiar, and authentic.
BITTERSWEET is not a name chosen randomly. It is the essence of what it means to be human: to change, to endure, and to transform. Every world has a story to tell. Every world has experienced bitter moments, but it is precisely those moments that allow us to create something sweet, something stronger, and something our own.
